The repainting of bridge infrastructure uses the "New Fuso 21 DC Topcoat System."
We offer a lineup of products that comply with the design guidelines for steel road bridge maintenance, "Corrosion Prevention Manual for Steel Road Bridges" by the Japan Road Association (Rc coating system)!
The "Steel Road Bridge Coating and Corrosion Prevention Manual (2005 Edition)," used for the maintenance of steel road bridges managed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and local governments, has established repainting specifications using low-solvent fluororesin coatings for over 20 years. - There is a need to respond to the anticipated rapid increase in maintenance costs due to the aging of steel bridges. - The quality improvement and widespread adoption of thick-film heavy-duty corrosion-resistant coating systems in paints and coatings have become established. - Strengthening corrosion prevention based on the analysis results from regular and detailed inspections of bridges is effective in reducing life cycle costs (LCC). This has been revised with a focus on measures for extending lifespan and continues to be widely utilized today. Our company has been offering various environmentally friendly low-solvent coatings, including low-solvent fluororesin coatings, since their establishment. We have received adoption of various coating system products from Hokkaido to Kyushu and Okinawa for bridge repainting. Currently, we also sell wet-type paint stripping agents and support methods for preventing the dispersion of old coatings containing PCB and lead chromate compounds. We contribute to the "safety and security" of bridge infrastructure by encouraging our customers involved in bridge maintenance to paint, repaint, and accumulate achievements.
